
How can you become unrecognizable or say have a glow up just in 30 days?
Hey lovelies! How are you doing today?
Are you looking to make some positive changes in your life? Well, I’m here to help you with that!
We all have wanted to change ourselves completely at some point in our lives right? right?
So what can be better than the self-improvement tips and taking on a challenge to become unrecognizable & Change yourself?
So here I am to satisfy your itty bitty needs and provide you with the best tips!
Now- Moving on…
You must do these things for at least 21 days (have you read that it takes you 21 days to change your habits?) so after 21 days this is going to become your let’s say behaviour.
So Do these for 21 days Alrighty?
1. Wake up early & be unrecognizable.

(Early to bed & Early to Rise huh?… Old? YES but OLD IS GOLD )
Wake up early let’s say you usually wake at 7 or 8’o clock, well then try to wake up (in my case trying is the verb here *crying in the corner*) at 5-6’o clock.
Then you’ll have at least 1 or 1 & half hour to do your things without any distractions and disturbances.
You’ll get more time to:
~ Workout – Let’s be real c’mon of course workout is important. If not well then you can start by moving your body.
Go on Take a walk (set small goals and then keep increasing them little by little)

~ Organise your day– Stay one step ahead of everyone else. You can just make a little to-do list and schedule your meetings and so on.
~ Get some work in before everyone else– After organising your day you can just start on some of your work. Do a little checklist and complete minimal tasks.
~Be more productive – Well if you do all three violà you will be more productive for your whole day just because you woke up only 1 and half hour early.
Have I convinced you and me to wake up early yet?

Oh! I’m 95% convinced & yup I just put up an alarm for 5:30 tomorrow. Wish me luck!

2. Daily journal (before bed)
Did you know that writing your thoughts down helps your mind to relax? Well, you do now!
So You can just start by Taking a notebook (you know what? It helps to have a little aesthetic notebook so make sure to buy one next time you go outside okay? )

Then just sit & write. Yes, there is no grand theory to it. Sit down & just write whatever comes to your mind. (It could be 5 lines or a page. It doesn’t matter at all)
This will help in organizing your thoughts and it is a great stress relieving technique. (it’s a personal experience if I may say!)
Unrecognizable in a good way..

~Goals for tomorrow.
~3 Things you’re grateful for.
~ 1 bad thing you can improve.

3. Learn a high-income skill. Do not go unacknowledged by people:

~Copywriting.
~Social Media Marketing.
~ Short-form content.

4. Exercise daily for 1 hour(or maybe at least 30 minutes) & be unrecognizable:
Well, remember we talked about working earlier? So if you’re new to this you can skip workouts and start by doing some exercises.
You can refer to these which are easy to do and will take you only 30 min or so to do them all
Easy exercises to do:
~Running (you can run in one place too!)
~Sit-ups ( to better legs & a little less chubby tummy. Cheers!)
~ Push-ups (well arms & chest here we go!)

5. Take 10 minutes for yourself: This is a must.
All day socializing and peopling (I’m not even sure if it’s a word but I like it) we get somewhat drained and a little tired. (to all the introverts- hang in there pal)
So we always need some ME time. Well for me it’s a must.
In this ME time you can:
~ Meditate: go on just close your eyes, don’t overthink it, and focus on your breathing only. In and out. In and out.

~ Deep breathe. If you are just taking a break for a minute, take some deep breaths. Calm yourself.
~ Nap: well you could take a cat nap too. These are almost energising. Almost – if you don’t end up sleeping, hehe.
6. Improve your sleep Here’s what you can do:
~No RED LEDS 1 hour before bed: Well it means NO PHONE before bed. Kindly Put your phone away. (Well then ishika what else am I gonna do ?) hey! don’t get snappy pal. You can read or talk to your family or maybe journal (we talked about this didn’t we?)
~ No caffeine 8 hours before bed: Caffeine f*cks with your health. I know I know it’s aesthetic and looks cool but please limit your caffeine intake to only once a day. You can do it okay just try. YOU CAN DO IT.
~ Have a strict sleeping schedule: Your body needs discipline and a schedule. Fix a time to go to sleep and wake up. Do it at the same time every day . Try this, you’ll be unrecognizable and see the difference in only 10 days (yes telling you from personal experience)
7. Go for a walk:
Being in nature will help your :
~Anxiety
~ Stress
~General happiness
you are going to become more calm and a whole new person. Unrecognizable? Yes in a good way..
8. Read at least 5 pages a day. You do not recognize this enough.
Start by reading 10 minutes a day. Then increase 5 minutes a day until you reach 1 hour a day!
Read these books:

These will help you clear your misconceptions and you will be undistinguishable.
9. WATER. It has no alternative. Recognize it.
Your body needs hydration, your body needs water.
Want more energy? Drink more water. Want clear skin? Drink more water. Want concentration? Drink more water.
DRINK 3 litres a day.
Timing?
~After you wake up.
~ Before your morning coffee.
~ During the workouts.
